Kaban Shipping Policy

At Kaban, we strive to ensure every order arrives safely and on time. The information below explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our website.

Order Processing
- Orders are prepared on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Processing typically takes 1–2 business days.
- You will receive an order confirmation after checkout, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We offer two domestic shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 4–5 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days.

Delivery windows begin once the carrier receives the package. Weather conditions, regional delays, or carrier-related issues may affect the actual delivery date.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and the size or weight of your order.

Domestic Shipping Only
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Orders can only be delivered within the country.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date so we can assist you promptly.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We cannot assume responsibility for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Pre-Orders & Backorders
Pre-order or backordered items will ship once available. Estimated dates are provided on the product page and may be updated if delays occur.
