Refund & Exchange

At Kaban, every product is crafted and inspected with care to ensure the highest quality. We currently do not offer refunds on any purchases once an order has been placed and confirmed.

However, we understand that certain situations may require an exchange. We are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The request for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Exchanges are applicable only for the same product in a different color or for another item of equal value (subject to availability).
  • Kaban will cover the shipping costs for the exchange process if the request meets our exchange criteria.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your exchange.

Please note, refunds in any form (including store credit) will not be issued. Only exchanges are permitted as per the above terms.
