WARRANTY POLICY
At Kaban, we stand by the quality of our backpacks. We oer a one-year manufacturing warranty that Covers defects in materials and workmanship, including issues with zippers. However, please note that the Warranty does not cover any printing on the materials.
This warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase. To make a warranty claim, please visit our website and reach out to our customer service department. They will guide you through the process and Assist you with your claim.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, Damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: It’s important to mention that this warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, or normal Wear and tear. We recommend following the care instructions provided with the backpack to ensure its Longevity.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants),Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases or any spills & damages caused by these items. Please get in touch if you have questions or Concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
